Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various point-of-sale systems as well as the ability to manage time effectively while delivering high-quality service to our guests. Previous experience and personal alcohol license required (SCPLH).

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Adhere to Licensing laws and ensure customer safety by verifying age Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during banquets or special events. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is required. SCPLH required. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations within the food industry is essential. A background in brewing or cocktail preparation techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
