Brown\'s Hotel is London\'s first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1837. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. The Position

Are you cocktail-savvy, creative and courteous? Passionate about fine wine and top-shelf spirits? Excited about the idea of getting behind the bar of a world-leading luxury hotel? Then you are the kind of Bartender that Rocco Forte Hotels would like to meet.

As the Bartender within the restaurant, you will be in charge of serving Aperitives, Digestives, Classic Cocktails and assisting our Sommelier in the serving and upselling of wines and other drinks. You will be working closely with our team from The Donovan Bar to make sure that the restaurant bar menu is matching the new seasonal dishes throughout the restaurant.

Charlie\'s is overseen by our Chef Director, Adam Byatt, he currently has a Michelin starred restaurant in Clapham (Trinity Restaurant), and our restaurant prides itself on using fresh seasonal produce in all of its dishes. The Donovan Bar is an award winning bar which is overseen by the renowned Italian Cocktail Maestro, Salvatore Calabrese.
