Your Role
As a
Restaurant Team Member
, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to every guest. This includes:
Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities:
Welcoming and seating guests, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
Providing a warm, professional, and friendly service at all times.
Taking orders, serving guests, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Clearing and setting tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Working alongside the management team to ensure the booking system operates smoothly.
Back of House (BOH) Responsibilities:
Preparing and presenting
high-quality desserts, brunch items, and drinks
from our extensive menu.
Maintaining
excellent food safety and hygiene standards
at all times.
Assisting with kitchen prep, cleaning, and supporting the
KP/Pot Wash
when required.
Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and speed in all food and drink preparation.
Managing brunch service with efficiency, ensuring all dishes are prepared to high standards.
