Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as required, such as deep cleaning or post-event clean-up. Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained in good working order.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Good organisational skills to manage time effectively while completing tasks. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
