Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Restaurant Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests by performing a variety of cleaning tasks on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and other common areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the restaurant Wipe down tables, chairs, countertops, and high-touch surfaces Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly Wash windows, walls, and glass surfaces as needed Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and appliances Follow daily cleaning checklists and schedules Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with health regulations Report any maintenance or safety issues to management Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in a restaurant or hospitality setting Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for long periods Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
