Kaizen is the centre of Swindon Town, is a new restaurant and takeaway offering the finest of Burgers, Sushi and Asian cuisine.

We are currently looking for a fulltime member of staff to join our team in the daily operations of our business including our restaurant and delivery service.

START ASAP

We will provide full and extensive training to the successful candidate. We offer excellent and competitive rates of pay.

Hours are flexible, we open from midday to late evenings 7 days a week. The candidate

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

The successful candidate will be:

Over 18 years old Commit to working weekends Presentable & well-spoken Previous experience in hospitality industry (1-2 years minimum) Previous knowledge and experience in food delivery service Assist in food preparation under the direction of the chef Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests Handle cash and process payments accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety and hygiene procedures diligently Ability to work well in a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
