We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who wants to take ownership, bring ideas, raise standards and help drive this business to number one.

Thursday to Sunday

Who you are

Three years or more hospitality experience
Strong wine and premium drinks knowledge
A natural host who loves people and service
Positive energy, confident and professional
Social media savvy
Obsessed with high standards and detail
Over 18 and available evenings and weekends
Ambitious and ready to step up

What you will do

Lead and motivate the team to deliver amazing service
Drive bookings and repeat business
Plan and deliver creative monthly events
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure great communication and consistent quality
Handle guest feedback and turn guests into loyal regulars
Be hands on and visible every shift
Manage rotas, stock and costs sensibly
Create and support content for social media that reflects our brand and energy
Protect the standards, the culture and the guest experience
