Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled full time floor & bar staff to join our team

Responsibilities:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders with drink orders

Experience:

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant setting is required

- Knowledge of basic mixology techniques and drink recipes

- Familiarity with food safety regulations

- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips

- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
