We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, providing exceptional hospitality to our guests while leading a team of staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant or hospitality environments, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.
Supervise and train staff in drink preparation, serving techniques, and customer interaction.
Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food production.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of food items.
Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Experience in serving customers with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Previous bartending and barista experience is advantageous.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
