Main Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager you will be the heart and soul of the team! Running the shifts like a true leader - motivating all the way, developing your people - coaching, training, communicating

Analyse performance, dig into the numbers, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure the restaurant meets our high financial standards. Keep the team informed with regular updates on figures and forecasts. Install our culture of teamwork and collaboration

You have a successful track record in the food / retail industry (bonus points for pizza expertise!) and a natural leader who empowers your team, cultivates a positive work environment, and fosters a dedication to excellence.
