Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate person with a strong background in managing fast-paced food service operations, particularly in fried chicken establishments (e.g., KFC, Popeyes, Wingstop) and Indian restaurants. The ideal candidate will not only have leadership and management skills but also direct kitchen experience preparing both fried chicken and Indian dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Manage and train staff, including front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Monitor inventory, food costs, labor, and operational efficiency.
Prepare or supervise the preparation of fried chicken and Indian dishes to ensure consistency and authenticity.
Maintain kitchen and food safety protocols in compliance with local health regulations.
Collaborate with owners and chefs to innovate and enhance the menu.
Foster a positive team culture and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shift manager or Store Manager at(Preferred- KFC, Popeyes, Wingstop, etc.).
Hands-on experience working in an Indian restaurant, with a solid understanding of Indian culinary techniques and dishes.
Ability to prepare and oversee preparation of fried chicken and Indian cuisine.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with restaurant POS systems and basic financial reporting.
Must be highly motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,580.95-40,000.00 per year
