Responsibilities



Lead and supervise all restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs effectively. Train and develop team members in culinary skills, bartending, and customer service. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Culinary experience is advantageous, with an understanding of various cooking techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Experience in bartending is a plus, along with knowledge of beverage management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-38,000.00 per year
