You will have the support of Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, who are a division of the global Aimbridge Hospitality brand. As a rooftop restaurant above Hyatt Place & Hyatt House, the restaurant has a captive audience!

A day in the life of...
As Azotea's Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations. This includes recruiting, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The manager must also monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the restaurant's offerings. The role requires personality, exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
What do we need from you?

• Prior experience in restaurant management or a related field in an upscale venue.
• A deep understanding of restaurant industry standards and best practices.
• You'll have a personality that wows our customers from first meet.
• You'll be an inspirational leader with first class communication, and organisational skills.
• You'll be equipped with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
