Requirements



You will be naturally gifted in delivering outstanding customer service.
You will have at least 4 years' experience of being a manager, working in a busy restaurant.
You will be creative and use your own ideas to drive the business forward.
You will be hands-on with the day to day operations of the restaurant.
You will love developing your team and build the bench for future growth.
You will create a great atmosphere and lead from the front.
Have great attention to cleanliness, and food & hygiene safety practices.
Be responsible for stock control and weekly reporting
Oversee restaurant rota budgets and sales forecasting

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of bartending, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

Pay: 35,000.00-37,000.00 per year
