We are currently recruiting for Restaurant General Manager for Whitcomb's, our destination restaurant at The Londoner.? This role reports to General Restaurant Manager.
Overview:
As Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operation.
You will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant and ensure that concept expectations are met,
You will be responsible for directing the restaurant and bar team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
About You:
Current in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage trends within a four- or five-star hotel operation.
Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management.
The ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing historical data, forecasts, and revenues.
The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
