Chuck and Blade Burgers are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a motivated team. Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial management. Operate the restaurant within budgets for personnel, stock and marketing. Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality standards are met. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety policies. Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, presentation, and service delivery. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Implement local marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer numbers. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant premises in accordance with hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff. Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices. Familiarity with culinary processes including food production and kitchen operations. Previous experience in hospitality management is desirable. Knowledge of serving protocols and hospitality standards. Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills.
