We are Nossa Restaurant www.nossarestaurant.co.uk , seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team in a bustling hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth service flow.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train front of house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food preparation and culinary practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
