to take charge of our very first site and set the standard for the future.

What you'll do

Own the store day-to-day: from open to close, you set the pace. Lead and motivate the crew across kitchen and service - fast, sharp, efficient. Keep food quality sky-high and ticket times tight. Manage delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, JustEat) like a pro. Drive guest satisfaction, team energy, and that signature Wok India buzz. Stay on top of hygiene, prep, stock, and cash handling.

What you bring

Experience in QSR, fast food, or dark kitchen operations. Calm under pressure, confident on the floor, quick on your feet. A love for flavour, fire, and fast-paced environments. Great with people. staff, guests, and suppliers alike. Hungry to grow with the brand.
