Your main responsibilities will include:



1. Leadership: Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

2. Day to Day Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets to optimise profitability.

3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guests have a delightful dining experience by providing attentive service, addressing feedback, and resolving any issues promptly.

4. Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor staff, promoting their development and empowering them to excel in their roles. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

5. Quality Control: Maintain the highest quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and overall cleanliness to uphold the restaurant's reputation.

6. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and COSSH regulations, making certain that the restaurant remains a safe place for team and guests.

Requirements:



- Proven experience of at least

5

years as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage budgets, analyse financial reports, and make data-driven decisions.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with customers, staff, and suppliers effectively.

- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.

- Personal License Holder.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Driving License and ability to commute between venues.
