We're looking for an experienced Full-Time Restaurant Manager / General Manager - someone confident, dynamic & hard working to join Olive on the Quayside in Brixham. Olive is a small Mediterranean Restaurant and Wine Bar - offering Wine Tasting and an array of Mediterranean dishes and is currently looking for a new dynamic leader. Do you have a passion for providing great customer service? Do you have an eye for detail & high standards? Then we want to hear from you!

Olive opens daily at 12noon 7 days a week.

Olive is part of a wider company group of 9 local Hospitality, Retail and Tourism businesses. We're looking for someone to take the venue to even higher heights to gain more widespread marketing, awards and recognition.

PAY

depending on experience - hours negotiated and ability -

pay does not include TIPS which are shared with the small team +
