Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective communication. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation and presentation. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant setting Strong team management and leadership skills Extensive culinary experience with a focus on food safety Background in food preparation and cooking Familiarity with hospitality standards and serving techniques Experience in food production and kitchen operations Knowledge of bartending and barista skills is a plus
