Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. in Canary Wharf. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the hospitality team to ensure high standards of service. Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance. Manage inventory and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Implement innovative ideas to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality or food service environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Experience in restaurant or culinary settings is preferred. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
