About the Role

We're looking for a confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic

Restaurant Host

to join our team and be the

face of our brand

both inside and out.

This is more than a front-of-house role - you'll be our

guest ambassador

, welcoming diners, creating great first impressions,

attracting new customers from the street

representing us at local events

. You'll take pride in delivering

amazing guest experiences

while driving footfall and boosting sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage passersby outside the restaurant

to invite them in, confidently promoting our food, atmosphere and offers.

Welcome and seat customers

with warmth and professionalism, ensuring smooth guest flow.

Promote the restaurant at local events

, community days and outreach opportunities.

Distribute flyers

and share promotions in busy local spots to increase visibility. Build rapport with customers and gather feedback to enhance their experience. Identify opportunities to

boost bookings, footfall, and guest loyalty

. Be a brand ambassador at all times - energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate about what we offer. Be the face of our restaurant on our local social media pages

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a

host/front-of-house or promotions role

Naturally

confident, outgoing, and approachable

Passion for hospitality and guest service Ability to

think on your feet

and work well under pressure Must be comfortable

working both indoors and outdoors

Flexible to work

weekends and occasional midweek shifts
