What We're Looking For
We seek skilled hospitality professionals with a genuine passion for the industry. Your responsibilities will include,but are not limited to:
Managing and operating our online booking platform,OpenTable
Recording the guest journey and creating profiles for each visitor
Answering phones,managing reservations,and addressing guest inquiries
Seating guests and gathering information about special occasions,requests,and allergens,ensuring accurate communication with colleagues to provide a seamless guest experience
