We're looking for a friendly and organised host to join the front-of-house team at

Bryn Williams @ Theatr Clwyd

- a brand-new restaurant and bar opening inside one of North Wales' most creative and cultural venues.

As the first face our guests see, you'll help create a warm and professional welcome - making every guest feel looked after from the moment they arrive. You'll also support the day-to-day admin that keeps bookings and service running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:

Greeting guests as they arrive and showing them to their tables. Managing the reservation system and responding to new bookings and enquiries. Answering the phone and replying to emails in a polite and professional manner. Allocating tables evenly throughout sections to keep service flowing smoothly. Checking, updating and printing daily menus. Printing and preparing booking sheets for the restaurant and kitchen teams ahead of each service.

What you'll bring:

Previous experience in a host, receptionist or customer-facing role is helpful - but not essential. A welcoming and calm approach, even during busy periods. Great communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A flexible attitude - happy to work a mix of weekday, evening and weekend shifts.
