Receptionist / Host(ess)

In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant -- welcoming guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, and helping us maintain the exceptional service standards we're known for.

You'll also play an exciting part in our digital presence by

overseeing our social media channels

, helping us share our story, engage with our guests online, and promote events and offers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a memorable first impression. Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow to optimise the dining experience. Maintain excellent communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Support with administrative tasks such as event organisation and mail management. Oversee and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to reflect our brand identity and promote restaurant activities. Capture and curate engaging content, respond to messages and reviews, and track engagement metrics. Uphold Bricco e Bacco's high standards of professionalism, presentation, and customer care.

About You

Warm, personable, and confident with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Passionate about hospitality and customer experience. Comfortable using social media creatively and professionally. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in hospitality or a front-of-house role is an advantage.
