We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Mallories, a boutique hotel and restaurant renowned for fine dining and exceptional guest experiences.
You will work alongside our current Manager, covering alternative weekday shifts and collaborating together at weekends. This role combines hands-on management during service with administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the hotel and restaurant.
Work collaboratively with the current Manager to ensure consistent standards and seamless handovers.
Support with business administration and procedures.
Lead staff training, development, and performance management.
Contribute to marketing, bookings, and brand development.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Drive customer satisfaction and maintain Mallories' reputation for excellence.
The Role:
40 hours per week with two set days off.
Regular shift pattern: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (1pm-10pm) & Sunday (11am-6pm).
Includes evening and weekend work.
