We're delighted to be supporting a well-loved, privately owned, Modern British restaurant set in the heart of a picturesque Essex town. Known for its polished service, seasonal menus, and impressive reputation, they are now searching for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to guide their front-of-house team through consistently busy services. This business also has exciting expansion plans in the new year.
You'll be wondering what's in it for you as the Restaurant Manager...
- 42,000 per annum plus 5,000 service charge
- Working 45 hours per week
- Leading a fast-paced, high-performing front-of-house operation
- Opportunities for professional growth as they push for 2 Rosettes
- Overseeing smooth day-to-day service, often reaching up to 200 covers on peak days and around 600 covers each week
- Managing and motivating a team of up to 17 front-of-house professionals
- Driving exceptional guest service and maintaining the restaurant's strong Rosette-level standards
- Leading recruitment, training, development, and ongoing performance of your front-of-house team
- Ensuring operational efficiency, including stock control, rota planning, and maintaining a positive working culture
