As Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy restaurant, managing a team of around 30 staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example with a hands-on approach, from stock takes to making coffees and serving customers
- Ensuring service standards and food hygiene requirements are consistently met
- Communicating effectively with your team to create an efficient, supportive environment
- Managing staff rotas and overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth service
We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Andover with a background in hospitality or high-volume catering environments. You'll need:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy restaurant or cafe
