Job Title: Restaurant Manager & Bartender
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Restaurant Manager & Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring both leadership and hands-on service skills, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer experiences behind the bar and on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and shift coordination.
Manage bar service: mixing and serving drinks, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with licensing laws.
Provide high-quality customer service, including bartending, waitering, and engaging with guests.
Train, guide, and motivate staff to uphold service standards.
Monitor health, safety, and hygiene practices in line with regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Support management in ordering supplies, stock control, and cost management.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Personal alcohol license (mandatory).
Previous experience in bartending, supervising, and waitering (any combination considered).
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Positive, hands-on attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
Preferred
Prior experience as a shift supervisor, assistant manager, or team leader in hospitality.
Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and food pairing.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
