We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and people-focused
Restaurant Manager
to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest enjoys the warm, welcoming Khushi's experience we're famous for.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you'll:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service at all times.
Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate front-of-house team.
Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Manage bookings, stock levels, and floor operations with attention to detail.
Contribute to the growth and success of Khushi's by implementing creative ideas and maintaining our friendly, welcoming culture.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
A hands-on approach, leading by example during service.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer care.
