This is a rare opportunity for a charismatic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join a truly iconic establishment and lead an exceptional front-of-house team.

• 50,000 to 55,000 package (Negotiable for the right person)
• 4-day working week
• 5 weeks' holiday including: 2 weeks at Christmas, 2 weeks in summer and 1 week in spring

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager...

• Leading the restaurant's front of house operations with presence, charisma and precision
• Delivering an unforgettable guest journey in line with 2 Michelin Star standards
• Recruiting, inspiring and mentoring a passionate team with a strong focus on training and development
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless experience from kitchen to table
• Upholding and enhancing the restaurant's reputation as one of the UK's most exclusive dining experiences

• You will be a natural host, personable, engaging and utterly obsessed with guest experience
• Hands-on in your approach with the ability to lead from the floor and set the tone for excellence
• Proven track record at the highest level within Michelin-starred or world-renowned fine dining restaurants
• A passion for training, developing and inspiring your team to deliver service that matches the very best in the world
