A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strong Restaurant Manager who would be interested in a unique opportunity in a very prestigious fine dining Italian restaurant. Ideally looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate Restaurant Manager who will be able to grow their teams through leadership and training, deliver and maintain the high standards required and who loves to see guests having an epic time.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:

• Some elements of profit and loss accounts
• Used to running very busy high quality fine dining restaurants & bars
• Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools
• Used to high volume over 50k+
• Good understanding about fine wines
• Making sure a training & developing plan is in focus at all levels
• Has to have volume experience
• Strong knowledge on steps of service
• Experience in Italian fine dining cuisine would be preferred but not essential
• Used to dealing with senior Directors and owners
• Be commercially minded
• Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
• Passionate about customer service
• Strong man management skills
• Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas
• Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
• Be able to deal with costs in line with sales

The Ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in a similar high volume fine dining operation at Restaurant Manager level within restaurants
• Be able to work with teams of over 35+ staff
• Must have strong financial understanding
• Good wine knowledge
• Must have multi faceted experience
• Understanding of Italian cuisine would be an advantage
• Be able to work in a high demanding environment
• Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members
• Good commercial knowledge of London
• Must be flexible in working hours
• Confident in dealing with owner/Directors
• Used to being in a Senior Restaurant Manager or above background
• Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
• Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
