Job Overview

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of Lucianos in Burnside. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and Italian cuisine. Demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food production and service.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. Manage and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving procedures. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and adhere to all Health and Safety and COSHH regulations Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective team management and leadership. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the Head Chef and the business owners to develop new menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control and stock control measures.

Qualifications

Proven experience of

5 years

in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating staff to achieve their best performance. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with customers, staff, and suppliers effectively. Personal License Holder. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Driving License and ability to commute between venues.
