Our client is a popular golf and country club, which is a food-led destination with an excellent reputation set in the countryside on the outskirts of Ipswich. They are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help maintain and surpass the high standards already established at this popular venue. This busy" foodie" destination prides itself on producing all in-house from the freshest local produce. The venue has a 100-cover restaurant, function suites, and outside seating for 50 guests.
The successful Restaurant Manager will have at least 2 years of experience managing a similar-style business. You will also have an exceptional knowledge of fine foods and fine wines. Be passionate, career-driven, and a focused Restaurant Manager who is accountable for ensuring a professional and high-quality standard of service is maintained in the restaurant at all times.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be a hands-on leader who is capable of building strong relationships with both staff and guests.
Due to the location, a car driver is essential.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
