We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and production, coupled with exceptional team management skills. Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks and bartenders, to ensure efficient food production and service.
Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Train and mentor staff in food handling, preparation techniques, and customer service best practices.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
Experience in supervising food preparation and bartending operations is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
