As they embark on our exciting journey into the UK market, we're searching for a passionate Restaurant General Manager to spearhead their first London location. What You'll Be Doing:
As our Restaurant General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, setting the tone for our team and the guest experience. Your role will encompass:
Operations & Leadership:

• Lead and manage the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, food quality, and service standards.

• Recruit, develop, and inspire your team, fostering a culture built on company values: Energy, Initiative and Responsibility.

• Ensure compliance with UK food safety, health & safety, and employment regulations.

• Take ownership of financial performance (budget, costs, labour) and deliver on key business targets.

Business Development & Market Entry:

• Be an active partner in shaping our UK operations - adapting the concept to local conditions while keeping the company core intact.

• Provide insights and input to support expansion plans and future restaurant openings.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team in Sweden to ensure alignment and learning across markets.

People & Culture:

• Build a strong, engaged team where well being and personal development are prioritised.

• Lead by example with hands-on presence, professional communication, and a people-first approach.

• Create an inclusive and motivating workplace that attracts and retains top talent.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent in hospitality, ideally in London or another major city.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

• Solid commercial understanding with experience of managing budgets, labour costs, and KPIs.

• Good knowledge of UK hospitality regulations and compliance requirements.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: flexible, solutions-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.

• Passionate about food, people, and creating memorable guest experiences.
