Located within the iconic Liberty London store on Great Marlborough Street, Seventy Five at Liberty is a Two Rosette modern British restaurant with a focus on seasonal, locally sourced food and warm, thoughtful service. Set in the heart of one of London's most famous department stores, the restaurant offers a stylish and welcoming setting for guests to enjoy a truly memorable dining experience.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Seventy Five at Liberty and play a key role in the ongoing success of this unique and ambitious project.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Seventy Five at Liberty, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and strong financial performance. Working closely with the Founder and Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, inspiring your team and setting the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-House Operations: Oversee all FOH activity, ensuring a seamless and professional service. Guest Experience: Deliver an outstanding experience for all guests, consistently upholding company service standards. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the team, fostering a culture of excellence. Strategic Input: Collaborate with the senior team on planning and development to drive growth. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, analyse financial reports, and optimise profitability. Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of menus, drinks, and the Liberty ethos, ensuring the team communicates this confidently. Inventory & Cost Control: Manage stock effectively and maintain supplier relationships. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Ideal Candidate

Experience: Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager (premium dining or high-profile openings desirable). Leadership: A confident, engaging leader able to inspire and develop a team. Guest-Focused: Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of budgets, cost controls, and achieving KPIs. Organisation: Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for modern British cuisine, great service, and working in one of London's most iconic retail destinations.
