Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding hospitality and customer satisfaction. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring culinary excellence in every dish served. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends. Implement health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Experience in supervising staff, with excellent team management skills. Background in culinary arts or bartending is advantageous but not mandatory. A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
