The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of this newly opened store, leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You'll ensure operational standards are met at all times, drive sales performance and manage costs effectively, while maintaining a positive and energetic workplace culture. The Person
You may be an Assistant Manager looking for the opportunity to run a restaurant or already be in a similar role with experience gained in a fast-paced, quick service restaurant (QSR) with a sizeable team. Ideally, you'll have worked within a franchise environment and quick service restaurant experience is essential. Most important is your ability to inspire a team, deliver results and thrive under pressure. Ambitious, hands-on and commercially minded, you'll relish the chance to make an impact and develop your career with a business on the up.
