As we launch Sale e Pepe Mare, a new vision of coastal Italian dining in London, we're looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be instrumental in shaping the guest journey and ensuring exceptional front-of-house service from day one.

The Role:

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager and senior team to ensure a seamless, warm, and polished guest experience. From overseeing floor operations to coaching your team, you'll be the heartbeat of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, personalised service. Oversee daily operations, floor management, and guest interactions. Support in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members. Uphold the highest service standards, guest relations, and attention to detail. Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception teams for seamless service.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium dining environment. Deep appreciation for Italian food, wine, and service culture. Excellent people management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Calm under pressure, with a guest-first approach. Strong knowledge of restaurant systems and reservation platforms.
