Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development.
Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without overextending resources.
Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing ones.
Requirements
Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
