Restaurant Manager

About the Role:
This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to showcase your leadership, operational expertise, and passion for creating an exceptional dining experience. As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Team Leadership & Management
: Recruiting, training, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff. This includes performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Experience with scheduling software and effective shift management is essential.
Operational Excellence:
Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage ordering, inventory control, cost management, and ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations. Proven experience optimizing operational efficiency and driving productivity is crucial. Experience with POS systems (specify if applicable) is also required.
Financial Management:
Budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis is required.
Customer Experience:
Creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest. This includes actively engaging with customers, resolving complaints effectively, and consistently exceeding expectations. You'll be responsible for fostering a strong customer-centric culture.
Marketing & Sales:
Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Experience with social media marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams, exceeding sales targets, and controlling costs.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and purchasing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
