We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our most exciting food hall concepts in London. This is a unique service format- which means smooth operations, team energy, and guest satisfaction are everything.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the front-of-house team during service - setting the pace, solving problems, and keeping energy high.
- Managing the reservation flow and overall guest experience - casual but sharp.
- Working with the kitchen and bar to make sure service is smooth and coordinated.
- Training, motivating, and supporting a team that takes pride in what they do.
- Keeping an eye on stock, staffing, and costs - staying efficient while keeping standards high.
- Being a calm, solutions-first presence in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Experience managing a fast-paced restaurant.
- A hands-on leadership style - you lead from the floor, not the office.
- Great people skills - you know how to read the room and manage a team with personality.
- Comfortable handling bookings, rotas, budgets, and all the moving parts.
- Focused on guest experience, but not afraid to get stuck in where needed.
