Their commitment to going the extra mile ensures an exceptional guest journey, making it a truly special place to stay. The hotel features 31 bedrooms, woodland suites, lodges, cottages, conference and event facilities, and destination dining.
The Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel setting, alongside a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service. You'll possess an eye for detail and an ability to lead teams in delivering an exceptional guest journey. You should be able to anticipate and adapt to changing situations effectively and efficiently, ensuring every guest experience is memorable.
In addition, a strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and ingredients is essential, with the ability to share that knowledge with guests and colleagues.
The Role:
This full-time position offers the opportunity to excel in the restaurant while also working across all hotel departments. It's an ideal role for an experienced hospitality management professional eager to develop further in their career.
