Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high efficiency and smooth service
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Recruit, train and develop the team
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
• Drive revenue through excellent service, upselling and events
• Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are always met

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• A passion for great food, drinks, and delivering top-tier service
• Organisational excellence and attention to detail
• Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
