Restaurant Manager
We're looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead one of our high profile and fast-paced outlets within our iconic Knightsbridge store. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic team and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and operations, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable impression and a good reason to come back for more.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager will have full oversight of all commercial and operational aspects of the restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving performance, managing the team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the team in delivering operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards across all areas of service. You'll be accountable for consistently achieving and maximising sales and profit targets, while creating a world-class experience for every guest.

About You
You will have proven leadership experience in exceptional restaurant environments, with full operational accountability - including service standards, sales and profitability, restaurant marketing, and team leadership. Having great experience working within a high volume, high-end restaurant environment would be advantageous.
