We're currently seeking an experienced and dynamic
Restaurant Manager
to lead our front-of-house team.What You'll Do:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service. Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing FOH team. Maintain the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care. Uphold Dorian's brand, values, and reputation at all times.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role (preferably upscale/casual fine dining). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities. Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and back-of-house procedures. A passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
