Wilde Restaurant is looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and maintain the highest standards of fine dining service.
The Role
You'll be responsible for smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and supporting the wider hotel team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about food, service, and team development.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations each shift
• Motivate, train, and mentor the front-of-house team
• Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and safety
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism
• Work with senior management to meet financial targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in restaurant management (4* or 5* setting preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Hands-on management style with attention to detail
• Ability to inspire a positive, high-performing team culture
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
