Job Summary:
Join our team at YORI, a modern Korean restaurant in Covent Garden, as a Manager. We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and manage our busy Covent Garden restaurant. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of restaurant managers and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance
- Collaborate with the management team to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supply chain logistics for all locations
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising teams and demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
